Order Processing

All orders are handled and shipped out from our manufacturer warehouse in various countries depending on the product. Please allow extra time for your order to be processed during holidays and sale seasons.

Orders are processed within 2-5 business days from the order date and shipped the next day after the processing day. Please be aware that we don't ship on weekends.

Order Delivery

After you place your order, please allow 2-5 business days for your orders to be processed. After that, it could take up to 15 business days for your order to be delivered in the United States, and up to 20 business days for international orders (depending on product availability in warehouse location near you).
