Shipping and Delivery

We ship globally.

After you place your order, it will be processed within 1 business days. Once shipped, standard shipping could take between 5-10 business days within Canada,   up to 15 business days for your order to be delivered in the United States, and up to 20 business days for international orders. Faster shipping options available at check out.

Order Processing

All orders are handled and shipped out from our warehouse and third party fulfilment center across Canada. This means that most times we are able to reach our customer sooner than expected. Please allow extra time for your order to be processed during holidays and sale seasons.

Orders are processed within 1 business day from the order date and shipped the next day after the processing day. Please be aware that we don't ship on weekends.

Wholesale Orders

All wholesale orders are subject to shipping cost based on item and quantity. Please contact our customer service for more information and terms.

Duties and Taxes

All products listed on our site are tax-free and checkout is in Canadian Dollars. As a result, you may be liable to pay for duties and taxes once you receive your order. Taxes and duties are determined by your local customs office.
